Stuck on choosing a name for your character? I have found a solution. It's actually quite simple. First of all, I would suggest looking up some mythology names. If you find nymphs or demigods that you like, those are playable. Otherwise, check this out.
Most greek names are easy to make up! All you need to do, especially for males, is find a few letters and add an ending. The most common are -icles, -es, -us, -ian, and -lys. Examples would be: Democritus, Pericles, Dionysus, Heracles. Of course, there are still others that do not follow this general rule. For example, Jason, Aristotle, and Plato. Another easy trick for a greek name is to use a tréma accent mark. This is the one that separates two syllables and makes Noelle sound like No-elle. It looks like this: ä ë ï ö ü. Examples would be: Phaëthon and Danaë.
All of the names above can be used (except Dionysus. He's a god.), for the record. Some I made up myself (feel free to use them).
Dareïnes (dare-ee-in-ees)
Theramenes (Thare-a-min-ees)
Cyrasus (Seer-a-sus)
Davidicles (dave-id-a-clees)
Choramaea (Core-a-me-a)
Fiyera (Fee-air-a)
Liesthenes (lee-a-sten-ees)
Tyrisiä (Teer-ees-i-ee-a)
Ardyn (Ar-din)
Anyas (ahn-yis)
I also found an amazing site that is full of names. Go... HERE and click on a letter to see the names. You can click on the name to see more about the person, just remember not to choose gods' names. They don't appreciate that... =]
